Mushroom Matar

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups button mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoons ShreeGun Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste


Cooking Instructions:


1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.

3. Add the mushrooms and peas and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring often.

4. Add the tomato, ginger paste, garlic paste, ShreeGun Kitchen King Masala, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Stir to combine.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. Add the water and bring to a boil.

7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves.

9. Serve hot with roti or naan.
