INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

 KARAHI - CHICKEN 50

Cooking Instructions:

1. At first heat oil in a karahi or a wok. Add chicken and fry on high heat. (8-10 minutes).


2. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes and green chillies one at a time. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stir periodically.

3. Cook till tomatoes turn soft. Remove & discard the skin from the tomatoes. Then mash it with the help of spatula to make it pulpy.

4. Now add 1 pkt. of ShreeGun Karahi Masala, stir for 5 minutes.

5. Then add 1 cup of water Cover and cook till chicken becomes tender (20-25 minutes). Cook till oil separates.

6. Garnish with ample of ginger julienne.

7. Serve delicious Karahi Chicken hot with tandoori roti or bread/naan.
